Lucky Heart tailors our vast experience into services that fit your needs as we guide you seamlessly from day one.
Custom Planning can cover all the “big stuff” like allocating your budget (scary!), finding the perfect venue (yay!), reviewing vendor contracts (what’s a corkage fee?), defining your aesthetic, and crafting your ideal vendor list. Plus, we’ll take on the smaller “nitty gritty” like editing your print materials, sourcing the perfect thingamabob to match, dealing with family dynamics and guest etiquette, along with answering any and all of your questions. Additionally, we’ll run the ceremony rehearsal and provide on-site assistance to make your Big Day run smoothly. Let’s pop the champagne, because all you have to do is say, “I do.”
Event Management
Ooh, that date is getting close and you’re afraid you’ll have a meltdown if you don’t let go a little. No worries! For clients who have planned the majority of their event themselves and need the final details pulled together for a carefree day, we offer Event Management.
Event Management offers quick monthly check-ins, but we’ll really start digging in to the details with you about 1-2 months prior as we organize your day-of timeline and finalize details with the vendors you’ve selected. This service includes a ceremony rehearsal and on-site Day-of Coordination for your wedding. Plus, if you need help defining your vision, Design & Consultation services can also be added.
